What counts as a processed payment?
A processed payment is any payment a client makes to you through a Stripe checkout link we generated — a booking deposit, an invoice, or a retainer fee. You only pay our 2.5% on money that actually moved.
Free consultations, no-shows, internal refunds, and payments you collect outside the platform (e-transfer, wire, cash) are never counted. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and go to Stripe — not to us.
Line items appear on every receipt and payout. Fully transparent to you and to your client.
